The American Football Fan

I was surfing different sites when I came across this, it's written by my younger brother Trevor. I didn't even know that he could write this well, hmmm, guess you learn something new every day.

The American Football Fan
A question often asked is “Why would you paint yourself blue, go half naked in -10 degrees weather, and scream till you have a sore throat or have fainted from lack of oxygen?” At first anyone would say “Who does that?” or “is he utterly insane?” So I’m writing this to answer, in what I believe to be the most reasonable way, these three questions. In order to answer the question “Why would you paint yourself blue, go half naked in -10 degrees weather, and scream till you have a sore throat or have fainted from lack of oxygen?”, I would have to break it down into three questions. The first is “Why would you paint yourself blue?” To the person that utterly hates paint, and would be as happy as my nephew when he gets chocolate cake, if there was no such thing as paint, it would seem fool-hearted to paint yourself blue. But to the person who holds Picasso as his role model, it would be an excellent way to show your skill with the paint roller. The question “why would you go half naked in -10 degrees weather?” is not difficult for a Eskimo to answer, but since we are not all privileged to be one I’ll try to answer for the non-Eskimo people. To a person like my aunt Ruth who sits in her rocking chair, which is by the fire, it would be unthinkable to even step outside on a day like that. But to someone that is trying to prove you can freeze your tussie off it is an ideal way to do just that. The third question is the hardest for it makes no sense to a civilized man to “scream till you have a sore throat or have fainted from lack of oxygen”. But to a person who just ate a jalapeno it is a great way to forget about it. So if put these three together you get your typical fan of the Boston Blueheads. To answer to the question “Who does that?” I would have to say that it would be someone that has quiet a bit of insulation, spends his milk money on blue paint, and is very good at smuggling alcoholic beverages. If someone had these traits then I would immediately suspect that he is a football fan.The third question is quiet simple to answer. Someone that “paints himself blue, goes half naked in -10 degrees weather, and screams till he has a soar throat or has fainted from lack of oxygen”, is not insane but merely believes, that if he follows these rituals passed down to him by his father, the Boston Blueheads will win the super bowl.So having answered these three questions I hope that there will be no more strange stories saying people that “paint themselves blue, go half naked in -10 degrees weather, and scream till they have a sore throat or have fainted from lack of oxygen?”, are close cousins of frankenblueberry. Because they are really just a combination of my nephew Brandon who has Picasso as a role model, my aunt Ruth, and my brother Troy who just ate a jalapeno. So don’t think that they are weird or insane but that it’s quiet normal in many parts of the world to “paint yourself blue, go half naked in-10 degrees weather, and scream till you have a sore throat or have fainted from lack of oxygen”, and if any of you might see one of them I ask that you will ask them to call me and tell me where they get the blue paint.

Pray for me.

For the last couple of days I've had a hard time keeping food down. It's difficult cause' I'm so hungry all the time and feel really weak. On top of that the home is really stretched with people at PEP and trying to have a big fundraising push at the same time. So, It's not really a good time to be sick and I can't just pull out to rest cause I feel the home needs my help. Please just keep me in your prayers.

2 The Creator Of Me

Happy Birthday Mama, I pray this year is one of the happiest years of your life. To me you are the greatest woman I know, and I wish the whole world could recognize all the sacrifices, the love and dedication you have put into The Lord's work and the raising your kid's at the same time. I know I haven't been the easiest son, but as I look back at the full picture I can see that if it wasn't for you I would either still be on the street or worse. Thank you for all your love and council. It's given me what I need to try and serve Jesus the same way you did. I know I got big shoes to fill in that, but I can take on the world with the help of Jesus and in knowing I have the support of a Saint like you... I love you, Brazilian Queen!

Everything’s gonna be alright

1 Even strong women cry, as I look in your eyes

2 I see things of the past that ain’t left behind

3 In your beautiful mind, the weight of the world

4 Goatcha strugglin, I see in you the memory of him

5 Wish I can take the pain of what life brings

6 The feelin of surrender always pluckin at your hearts strings

7 And yet you sing sweet words of submission

8 To the one who calls the shots and makes the decisions

9 Though weakness in the flesh has grown over years

10 You’re the strongest woman known as you sing through your tears

11 In unmoving trust, as you do what you must

12 Jesus got you in his arms, safe from all harm

13 Where no alarm, shall ever come in your direction

14 Cuz you’re blessed among woman, with divine protection

15 Brazilian queen, dance for the king

16 Show him all the color and the love that you bring

17 Let the sun shine in your dance all the time

18 Turn the tears into rainbows, anyone in pain knows

19 How the game goes, if you rest every time

20 In the chest of Jesus, just sleep little Mama

Chorus

And every things gonna be alright

Every things gonna be alright

Jesus coming to the dance tonight

And every thing gonna be alright…

Every things gonna be alright

Every things gonna be alright

The big man’s in the house tonight

Now every things gonna be alright

A End Time Thought

Hummm....let me think......... If I could choose what powers I could have in the "End Time", what would they be? It's a good question and one that we should all ask ourselves. "Why?" you say. Well because it's just somfin fun to think about, thats why! I'm sure most of you have wondered what supernatural power you'd have. I'll bet most of you have more then one you think about too. In the days to come, I'd love to be a force to be reckoned with. I'd love to foil the A.C.'s plan's and possibly kick some serious monkey booty while I'm at it. So if you post on this, how about listing any amount of Super powers that you'd like to have when the time comes. It'd be nice to see what comes up... As for me personally? I'd love the gift of healing no doubt... oh, and also flying.... man, to be able to fly, are you kiddin me? That'd be too cool for school... Or what about having the ability to just look at some Gun pointing A.C. chick and simply disarm her by making her go into orgasm against her will, hence making her drop the gun and allowing me to make a quick getaway. Yeah, that sounds pretty cool n all, but believe it or not, that ain't the one I want the most. The one that I'd really love to have is somewhat more; whats that word? oh, yeah... "physically Damaging" to the A.C. and his troops. It's something that has occurred even in my dreams over the last few years, believe it or not. And that's none other then "Super Human Strength". To be able to pick up a A.C. tank and throwing it into a mountain without breaking a sweat. To be able to stand up and intimidate the enemy with my mass and monstrous built. That for me is power! I don't know if it's a dude thing...but it's what I'd like to have. Don't really wanna hear "umm, Jaydee... thats kind of a physical thing, not to mention violent. Remember that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, you...you...little....over zealous...umm, guy". Look, I know this Brother! But anything is possible with God right?? I mean, what if he did have the plan to use one of us as his tool for total physical destruction of the enemy. I betcha it could very easily happen if God will's it no doubt. I been having these dream's man, and every one of them are pretty much the same. In each dream, I be running from the Anti Christ. Their out to get me, to kill me or whatever, I care not. Anyhow... in these dreams, I drink this red, fruit punch, potion stuff, and it blows me up like "The Hulk"....I'm serious. And I always terr'm up before I bust out of the roof or a wall or somfin. The dream always ends the same. But this last one was funny now that I think of it, though in my dream it was only more annoying and had me slightly more desperate. It was because I ran out of this red potion/ fruit punch stuff and they had me cornered and I was like, " man, I'm a finally die". But then I remembered that I ran out of all the potion except for the little bit that I put in the pop stickle rack in the freezer. So without giving it a second thought, I rushed over to the freezer and pulled out a pop stickle. Their eye's met with mine, it was now or never. There was a moment where I could see a bewildered look on their faces... someone had to make the first move, and it wasn't gonna be them, not on my watch. I selfishly stuffed that pop stickle in my mouth and started licking and sucking on it wildly. Please note that my life was one the line here, so what would you do? I started running around like a mad man trying to get this potion of juicy goodness to melt in my mouth while at the same time trying to dodge them and stall until I knew I was about to explode with my bruit strength and energy. Something was wrong though! it wasn't melting fast enough! you know how it is when your suckin on a pop stickle, it takes time, time that I did not have. So I started doing what all impatient pop stickle suckers would do. I started biting it! eating it until it was gone and it was just a matter of time before it kicked in and I kicked the A.C's ass. But let me tell ya...that was a close call... Anyhow... feel free to post what you'd like your super powers to be come the end time. As for me? All this talk about gettin extra strong is convicting me to get some bench presses in. Love ya'll........ out peace!!!!

Birthday Wishes

Happy Birthday to the "baby" of the family, my youngest brother Troy. You turned 11 yesterday(June 12th) one more year and you'll be a JETT, wow, how time does fly.
I would also like to wish a happy belated birthday,
Toshi my brother (23 yrs. old on May 25th)
Ryan my nephew (4 yrs. old on May 25th)
Brandon my nephew (9 yrs. old on June 8th)

The Innocent Snitcher
The Cruel Punishment

Troy cut his foot while swimming in the creek a few days ago, The rock cut right through his shoe and into his foot, yikes. Almost everyone was gone so it was Terri to the rescue, dun ta dun, yea, and there I went charging on my white horse with clean rags in hand. He was all the way down at the creek and there were flies everywhere feasting on the blood, yuck. As I was unable to carry him back due to a certain belly bump Kat and Trevor had to help which was a rather large feat due to the fact that Kat is the same size as him and Trevor has a crippled arm, but he made it back alright, yeah.
Pray that he continues to heal well and that it doesn't get infected.

Eat 3 More, Terri...

She is 6 months pregnant, everyone. So pretty! The baby kicks real hard and is pretty active in there. I get the feeling that it's displays of brute strength may be because it is a boy, though we won't ever be sure till it's born. We're making it listen to Jazz, classical and the occasional "Me" in a attempt to make it musically inclined. Though I doubt making it listen to me would make him musically inclined. I think the most it'll do is make it be able to keep a beat or somfin. Anyhow...

And A Happy Birthday 2 Judah

I pray this year is yet another one full of even more learning and excitement and that you maintain the record keeper for best behaving baby. I LOVE YOU....

out peace

B-day Wishes

It's my little sisters birthday today. Happy Birthday Tania, love you to pieces. I am disappointed that we weren't able to live together as YA's, sob, waaaaa, I miss you.

Extreme Praise

The Lord has put us in a perfect opportunity to practice extreme praise. Our sewer system has decided to revolt and is refusing to drain. And so we have scat coming up into our bathtubs and lots of fun stuff like that, thank you Jesus we can still use the toilets as long as we flush prayerfully. It's been quite an adventure and we've thought of some very ingenious ways to solve the problems that have arisen. Best of all the problem will, Lord willing, be fixed by Monday, TYJ.

Five Months Belly Pic

Well five months is almost over and I haven't posted a pic yet, but have not fear thanks to Maggie I have a pic of my belly at the beginning of my five months, thank you Maggie. This month the baby has been growing and I have been taking longer naps, yeah, finally I can sleep and no one will think ill of me. I can now SEE my belly move when he kicks, which he always seems to like to do when he I want to sleep or rest.
